Our centers included playing CVCe roll and read, writing an apology letter to the Three Bears from Goldilocks, finding and writing power words, playing various games that work on some of the skills we have learned during Phonics, playing a Gingerbread Man STEM game, playing sneaky E BINGO, an d much more!
During Phonics, we continued to work on sentence building and stretching out words with blends and recording each sound.
We read through various passages together during Shared Reading, finding high frequency words and blends/digraphs.
We continued counting and writing numbers to 100 during Math.
In Writing, we are working on adding details to our narratives and making sure that our writing looks good enough to publish!
During Science, we are learning about temperature and the seasons. We practiced looking at and reading a thermometer.
